Consequent upon establishment of the State of Madhya Pradesh in the year 1956, Madhya Pradesh Postal Circle was carved out of erstwhile Central Province & Berar Circle in the year 1965. Shri L.K. Narayanswamy was the first Postmaster General of MP Postal Circle who took charge on 16 July 1965. Today MP Postal Circle through more than 23,000 employees working in 8450 post offices/RMS offices etc. is serving the people of MP. We are aware of the legacy of public service of a high order of MP Postal Circle which goes back to more than 50 years. Mkd lsok&tu lsok is our motto. Each one of us belonging to MP Postal Circle is proud of this legacy and is fully committed to demonstrate through our work that we are a worthy heir to this hoary legacy

I consider it a matter of pride and honour that I got an opportunity to be a part of MP Postal Circle.
